Writer- DRC PresentationOffreINTRODUCTION: The Education RFA Proposal Designer and Writer will lead the design and ensure the writing of the IRC proposal in response the RFA issued by USAID. The program aims at providing, in 2 provinces of DRC - including one where IRC is a leading agency for humanitarian work - holistic primary school reform in a minimum of 120 schools by: Improving quality of and access to education; Reducing certain school fees (through IGAs); Improving the management of school fees.
